Pricing (Pre-Scheduled Transportation)

 

All rides are scheduled in advance and priced per trip, not per person.

Final pricing is agreed upon before the ride begins.

 

 

 

Local Rides (Panama City Beach)

$17 minimum

Short, planned local trips.

Example:

Local errand or appointment (drop-off only) → $17

Mid-Distance Rides (Up to 15 Miles)

$30 minimum

Planned trips outside the immediate area.

Example:

10–15 mile scheduled ride → $30

Long-Distance Rides (40 Miles or More)

$3 per mile, per vehicle

Examples:

40-mile trip → $120

50-mile trip → $150

Additional Notes

Holiday, event, delayed, or high-congestion trips may start at a 30% increase.

Bridge tolls or unusually heavy traffic may add a small additional fee.

Any additional fees are always discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Flat-rate pricing is available for long-distance or city-to-city trips.

Tips are always appreciated but never expected.
